The Platforms section allows you to connect, manage, and organize all your social media accounts.
Go to AI Social Media in the left sidebar
Click "Platforms" tab
You'll see the "Social Media Accounts" management page
Summary Overview
At the top of the Platforms page, you'll see:
Total Accounts: Total number of connected accounts
Active Accounts: Number of currently active accounts
Inactive Accounts: Number of deactivated or disconnected accounts
Example: "Total Accounts: 5 | Active Accounts: 4 | Inactive Accounts: 1"
For each platform, you can connect one or multiple accounts.
Available Platforms:
Facebook (multiple business pages)
Instagram (multiple business accounts)
X / Twitter (multiple accounts)
LinkedIn (business page and personal profile)
TikTok (business account)
Step-by-Step: Add New Account
On the Platforms page, find the platform you want to connect
Click "Add New Account" button for that platform
You'll be redirected to the platform's authorization page
Log in with the account credentials you want to connect
Authorize Markleyo AI to access your account
You'll be redirected back to Markleyo
The account now appears in your accounts list
Accounts List
All connected accounts display in a table with the following columns:
Column | Description |

NAME | Account name as it appears on the platform |
STATUS | Active (green) or Inactive (gray) |
CREATION DATE | When the account was connected to Markleyo |
PLATFORM | Platform icon (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok) |
ACTIONS | Edit, Refresh, or Delete buttons |

Account Actions:
Refresh (↻ icon)
Reconnect the account and refresh its status
Use if account appears disconnected
Resolves authorization issues
Edit (Pencil icon)
Update account settings and preferences
Change which team members can access
Modify notification settings
Update auto-posting rules
Delete (X icon)
Remove the account from Markleyo
Stops posting to that account
Previously posted content remains on the platform
Connection can be re-established later
Active
Account is properly connected
Posts can be published to this account
Markleyo has current authorization
Inactive
Account is no longer properly connected
Posts will not be published
Authorization may have expired
Click "Refresh" to re-authorize
Passive
Account is connected but posting is disabled
You can view analytics but not post
Useful for monitoring-only accounts
Connect All Platforms: Connect to all platforms where your audience is active
Verify Status: Check active/inactive status before posting
Refresh Regularly: If posts fail, refresh the account connection
Monitor Permissions: Ensure connected team members have appropriate access levels
