Brand Voice Best Practices

1. Be Specific

The more detailed your Brand Voice profile, the better the AI performs. Don't just say "professional"—explain what that means for YOUR brand.

2. Provide Examples

Upload actual samples of your best copy. The AI learns from real examples better than descriptions alone.

3. Update Regularly

As your brand evolves, update your Brand Voice profile. Review and refresh quarterly.

4. Test Different Tones

Create multiple Brand Voice profiles to test different approaches, then select the one that performs best.

5. Use Product Selection

Always select the relevant product/service when creating content about a specific offering. This produces more accurate, feature-rich content.

6. Review AI Output

Brand Voice dramatically improves AI content, but always review and edit for accuracy, especially for important campaigns.

7. Maintain One Source of Truth

Keep your Brand Voice profile as the definitive guide to your messaging. Share access with your team to ensure everyone uses the same voice.
