Campaigns are strategic initiatives for organizing and targeting your social media content. They help you group related posts, track performance by initiative, and align content with specific business goals.
A Campaign is a collection of social media posts organized around a specific goal or theme. Examples include:
"Black Friday 2025": Posts promoting holiday sales
"Product Launch Q4": Posts announcing new product
"Brand Awareness": Posts to increase brand visibility
"Lead Generation": Posts with clear calls-to-action
"Educational Content": Posts teaching customers about your industry
Campaigns help you:
Organize posts by initiative or goal
Track performance by campaign
Segment audience messaging
Align team efforts
Measure ROI of specific initiatives
Go to AI Social Media in the left sidebar
Click "Campaigns" tab
You'll see list of all created campaigns (or empty state if no campaigns yet)
Click "+ Create Campaign" to create a new campaign
Campaign Creation Dialog
The "Create a Campaign" dialog opens with fields:
Campaign Name (Required)
A clear name for your campaign that describes its purpose or initiative.
Examples:
"Black Friday 2025"
"Q4 Product Launch"
"Back to School Campaign"
"Customer Testimonials"
"Monthly Newsletter Promotion"
Who is your target audience for this content? (Required)
A detailed description of the specific audience this campaign targets.
Include:
Demographics (age, location, gender, income level)
Interests and behaviors
Pain points and challenges
Goals and aspirations
Where they spend time online
Example:
"Small business owners aged 35-55, located in North America, tech-savvy but busy, looking for marketing solutions that save time and improve ROI. They spend time on LinkedIn, Facebook, and industry podcasts. Main pain point: limited time for marketing due to running their business."

Campaign Description (Optional)
Additional context about the campaign's goals and strategy.
Example:
"Q4 campaign focused on demonstrating ROI of marketing automation. Target messaging will emphasize time savings (20+ hours/week) and revenue impact. Call-to-action: Schedule demo or start free trial."
After Creating a Campaign:
Campaign appears in your campaigns list
When creating posts, you can assign them to campaigns
Analytics track performance by campaign
Compare performance across campaigns
Assigning Posts to Campaigns:
When creating a new post:
Select "Campaign" dropdown in the post creation form
Choose the relevant campaign
The post is tagged with that campaign
Analytics will track it under that campaign
Campaign Performance Tracking:
View analytics by campaign:
Go to Campaigns section
Click on a campaign to see:
Total posts in campaign
Posts published vs. scheduled
Engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments)
Click-through rates
Conversion metrics (if tracked)
