How to Create & Publish Posts

The Create New Post section is where you generate, customize, and schedule your social media content.

Accessing Post Creation

Multiple ways to access:

  1. Click "+ Generate New Post" button on dashboard

  2. Go to Social Media Posts"+ Generate New Post"

  3. From any page with action button

Step 1: Platform Selection

Select which platforms this post will be published to:

Note: You can create and submit one post for one platform at a time. We are working on creating bulk platform posting.

Step 2: Personalized Content Settings

Personalized Content (Toggle)
Enable or disable personalization features:

When enabled, additional fields appear:

Step 3: Tone Selection

Tone (Dropdown)
Select the tone/style for your post:

Example: Select "Promotional" for sales posts, "Inspirational" for motivational content

Step 4: Post Content

Post Content (Text Area)
Write or paste your post copy. This is the main text that will be posted.

Example: "Get paid on autopilot with smart automation tools that work 24/7"

Enhance with AI (✨ Magic Icon)
Click the magic icon next to "Enhance with AI" to:

The AI will generate an enhanced version based on:

Step 5: Image Selection

Select Custom Image (Optional)
Upload or select an image for your post:

Generate with AI (✨ Magic Icon)
Click the magic icon to:

Step 6: Publishing Options

Post Now (Button)
Publish the post immediately to selected platforms

Schedule (Option)
Set a specific date and time for the post to publish automatically

Draft (Option)
Save as draft without publishing (can edit later)

Advanced Post Features

Using Brand Voice:
If Brand Voice is enabled:

  1. Toggle "Use Brand Voice" ON

  2. Select your Company

  3. Select Product/Service (optional)

  4. All content will be generated in your brand voice

Best Practices for Post Creation

  1. Use AI Enhancement: Always click the magic icon to optimize content

  2. Generate with AI: If you want to generate the AI image

  3. Select Multiple Platforms: Reach more audience with one post

  5. Schedule, Don't Publish Now: Plan content in advance
