The Calendar view shows all your scheduled posts in a visual, date-based layout. This helps you see your entire content strategy at a glance and ensure consistent posting.
Go to AI Social Media in the left sidebar
Click "Calendar" tab
Calendar view displays current month
Calendar Views:
Month: Full month overview (default)
Week: Detailed weekly view
Day: Single day detailed view
List: All posts in list format
Navigation:
Today: Jump to current date
< >: Navigate between months/weeks
Month/Year Selector: Jump to specific month/year
Posted Items:
Each scheduled post appears on the calendar on its publication date/time.
Post Display:
Shows platform icon (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
Shows publication time (e.g., "10:19 am")
Shows post preview on hover
Click to view full post details
Color Coding:
Blue: Scheduled posts (future)
Green: Published posts (past)
Gray: Failed posts
Yellow: Posts in draft
Example:

See full post content, images, engagement
Reschedule Post:
Click on post
Adjust date/time
Drag and drop (if supported) to new date
Save changes
Create New Post:
Click "+ Generate New Post" button
Or click on a specific date to create for that date
View Day's Posts:
Click on a date
See all posts scheduled for that day

Facebook:
Weekdays 9-10 AM and 2-4 PM
Weekends less effective
Instagram:
Monday-Thursday 11 AM-1 PM
Wednesday-Thursday 5-7 PM

Tuesday-Thursday 7-9 AM
Early mornings and lunch hours
X (Twitter):
Weekdays 8 AM-10 AM
5 PM-7 PM evenings
TikTok:
6-10 AM before school/work
