WhatsApp Campaigns

WhatsApp Campaigns allow you to send targeted, personalized messages to your WhatsApp contact list at scale.

Creating a WhatsApp Campaign

Step 1: Access Campaigns

1. Go to Marketing Bot in left sidebar

2. Click "WhatsApp" → "Campaigns"

3. Click "+ Create Campaign" button

Step 2: Campaign Details

Campaign Name (Required)
Give your campaign a clear, descriptive name:

• "Black Friday Sale 2025"

• "Product Launch Q4"

• "Customer Feedback Survey"

• "Appointment Reminder - Jan 2025"

Campaign Description
Additional context about the campaign:

• Goal and objectives

• Target audience description

• Success metrics

Step 3: Target Audience

Select Contact List (Required)
Choose who receives the message:

Contact List Options:

• All Contacts: Send to entire contact database

• Specific Contact List: Select pre-created list

• Segment: Target specific customer segment (e.g., "Active Customers", "Inactive Leads")

• Individual Contacts: Select specific customers manually

Segments allow advanced filtering:

• Filter by purchase history

• Filter by activity level

• Filter by customer demographics

• Filter by engagement

• Filter by custom fields

Example Segmentation:
"Target: Active customers who purchased in last 90 days, purchased over $500, and opened previous emails"

Step 4: Message Content

Message Type:

• Text: Plain text message

• Media: Include images or documents

Media Messages:

1. Click "Add Media"

2. Upload image or document

3. Add caption text

4. Message sends with media attachment

Step 5: Scheduling

Send Immediately

• Campaign sends right now to all selected contacts

• Good for urgent announcements or time-sensitive offers

Schedule for Later

• Select date and time

• Campaign sends automatically at specified time

• Useful for optimal delivery times

• Timezone-aware scheduling

Step 6: Review & Send

Before sending:

1. Review message content for accuracy

2. Verify recipient list

3. Check scheduling time

4. Confirm contact list has valid WhatsApp numbers

Click "Send Campaign" to proceed
