Telegram Campaigns

Telegram Campaigns enable you to reach and engage your Telegram bot subscribers with broadcasts, announcements, and targeted messaging.

Creating a Telegram Campaign

Step 1: Access Telegram Campaigns

1. Go to Marketing Bot in left sidebar

2. Click "Telegram" → "Campaigns"

3. Click "+ Create Campaign" button

Step 2: Campaign Details

Campaign Name (Required)
Descriptive name for internal tracking:

• "Weekly Newsletter - November 2025"

• "New Feature Announcement"

• "Special Offer for Subscribers"

• "Engagement Boost Campaign"

Campaign Description
Additional context and goals then click AI button to enhance with AI.

Step 3: Select Subscribers

Subscriber Selection:

• All Subscribers: Send to all bot followers

• Subscriber Group: Send to specific subscriber segment

• Specific Subscribers: Select individual subscribers

Subscriber Groups:
If you've created subscriber groups, select which group(s) receive the message

Step 4: Message Content

Message Type:

• Text: Simple text message

• Text with Inline Buttons: Text with clickable action buttons

• Media: Images, videos, or documents with captions

Text Message:

1. Compose your message

2. Use formatting:

   • Bold: text

   • Italic: text

   • Monospace: text

   • Links: Text

Inline Buttons (Optional):
Add clickable buttons to your message:

• "Visit Website" → links to your URL

• "Download PDF" → links to document

• "Reply" → starts conversation

• "Call to Action" → custom action

Media Messages:

1. Click "Add Media"

2. Upload image or video

3. Write caption (optional)

4. Add inline buttons (optional)

5. Send

Step 5: Scheduling

Send Now

• Campaign sends immediately to all selected subscribers

Schedule for Later

• Select future date and time

• Campaign sends automatically

• Useful for newsletters or regular updates

Step 6: Review & Send

Review before sending:

1. Check message content and formatting

2. Verify subscriber count and list

3. Confirm scheduling

4. Check for spelling and links

Click "Send Campaign" to proceed
