What Are Contact Lists?

Contact Lists are the highest level of organization. They group contacts by campaign, customer type, or business need.

  2. Click "+ Create Contact List"

  3. Enter list name

  4. Enter list description (optional)

  5. Click "Create"

What Are Segments?

Segments are subsets of a Contact List, created by filtering contacts based on specific attributes or behaviors. Segments enable advanced, targeted messaging.

Creating a Segment

  1. Open a Contact List

  2. Click "+ Create Segment"

  3. Name your segment

  4. Set filtering criteria:

  5. Preview contacts that match criteria

  6. Click "Save Segment"

Using Segments for Campaigns

When creating a WhatsApp campaign:

  1. Select target audience

  2. Choose "Segment"

Individual contact entries with name, WhatsApp number, and custom data fields.
