Telegram Subscribers

What Are Subscribers?

Subscribers are Telegram users who have started your bot and opted in to receive messages. Each subscriber is tracked and can receive your campaigns and broadcasts.

Accessing Subscriber Information

1. Go to Marketing Bot in left sidebar

2. Click "Telegram" → "Groups" & "Subscribers"

3. View detailed subscriber information

Subscriber Details

For Each Subscriber, You Can See:

Example Subscriber:

• Username: @markleyo_user

• First Name: John

• User ID: 12345678

• Join Date: Oct 15, 2025

• Last Active: Nov 5, 2025 at 3:45 PM

• Status: Active

Subscriber Management

Search Subscribers:
Search by:

• Username

• First name

• User ID

• Join date

Filter Subscribers:

• Active subscribers

• Inactive subscribers

• New subscribers (last 30 days)

• Blocked users

Bulk Actions:
Select multiple subscribers to:

• Send message to group

• Block/unblock

• Export subscriber list

• Add to campaign

Individual Actions:

• View full profile

• Send direct message

• Block subscriber

• Export data

• View activity history

Telegram Groups

If your Telegram bot is part of any groups, you can track:

Group Information:

• Group name

• Group ID

• Number of members

• Join date

• Activity level

• Message volume

Group Insights:

• Group performance insights

Group Management:

• Leave group

• Mute notifications

• Archive group

• Export group data
